As an architectural photographer, my focus is on the relationship between people and architecture. Lines, graphic elements, reflective materials, and dynamic forms of modern architecture produce intriguing compositions in my images, that capture the eye and show architecture in a new and unexpected way. In my work, I emphasize the abstract qualities of the locations and engage in a further evaluation of how people perceive and interact spontaneously with the surrounding urban environments of our time. The individuals in my images become part of the geometric composition and convey a sense of space and scale, while breaking the linear quality of the highly designed composition. My photographs convey to the audience the sense of taking part in the scene and feeling surrounded by the space, and the poetry in the architecture design. My work lets me share my personal vision, of architecture as art, as usable art.
